Instructions to make Aloo matar paneer:
  1. Take a pan heat oil and temper cumin seeds bay leaf it crackle
  2. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and saute it
  3. Add onion paste and tomato puree saute it 6-7 minutes
  4. Add all spices and mix it and cook for 4_5 minutes
  5. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, peas and paneer mix it and cook for 2 minutes
  6. Now add 2 cup of water and cover the kadai with the lid.cook the curry for 10 minutes in the medium flame.
  7. After 10 minutes switch off the flame and mix fresh chopped green coriander leaves
  8. Serve with Hot chapti and parantha.

This Aloo Matar Paneer has tomato puree, almond paste and made in Indian spices. Add cup of water and stir until water mixed in.
