  3. Add the mixed batter and let it cook for half an hour around ON A MEDIUM-LOW Flame. Later, once you find that the bottom layer of the batter is being little blackish or brownish, NO NEED TO WORRY. It is well cooked Handvo. To check whether it has been cooked well, you can insert a toothpick. If batter is still sticking to toothpick, that means it is still raw. Allow it to cook more.
