- First of all if you are running out of maize flour at home, take some maize poha or simple cornflakes and grind it into a fine flour.
- Mix all the flours listed above, mix all the spices, methi and knead into a semi stiff dough.
- Now roll a semi thin roti of this dough. With the help of a small round cutter or katori, cut into round shape
