- Get Pork loin
- Prepare Any seasoning
- Take Olive oil
- Take 2 cup beef stock
After I made the pork though, I quickly realized there were extra juices begging to be turned into gravy. Prepare the pork loin by rubbing in the Italian Seasoning and crushed garlic. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and put in a few of the onion pieces to flavor the oil leaving it just long enough to soften slightly, then remove it and set aside. Brown the roast on all sides and both ends.
Steps to make Pork loin
In a pressure cooker:
- Rinse off meat then rub in some olive all over it and season it up with your favorite rub or seasoning. I do this in the sink for easy clean up.
- Set pressure cooker, instant pot,or ninja foodie to the sauté mode add some olive, To inter pot,heat it up,put your meat in and sauté on all sides and I did the ends too. This takes a while. 5-10 mins or so.. brown it up to your liking.
- Remove the meat add the 2 cups of liquid and with A silicone spatula break up the stuff on the bottom of the pot. Keeping on sauté mode, add the rack your using and spray the rack with nonstick spray when liquid comes to a small boil add the meat on the rack and place the lid… set your cooking times. The liquid should not touch the meat.
- Really to be cooked. Iam not giving times to cook each pressure cooker is different and it depends on how many lbs the pork is as well… the pork should temp at 145. (I did this at 20 mins and reached a temp of 155 oops can always add time if it’s not done I wanted to go 30 mins and happy that I went with 20 mins.)
- Next put in Crisp mode for 10-15 min to brown it again, be careful not to dry the meat out. Or put on boil in the oven for 5 mins or longer
- Once’s it brown to your liking.. let it rest in a lock and lock for ten mins. Can also make gravy from the liquid that in the pressure cooker at this time.. (to go over some mash potatoes and the meat)
