- Meanwhile prepare muthiyas ie specially add item for this curry for that mix gram flour and fenugreek leaves pinch soda lemon juice sugar garam masala turmeric powder chilli powder coriander powder salt undhiyu powder etc and make round balls deep fry this round balls and keep aside.
- Now add this muthiyas ie round methi balls into our assorted veggies curry and make 1 whistle and finally garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with puri or rotis.
