- Heat a Pan.Add oil when it is hot add green chilli,now add ginger garlic paste cook it for 2 mins,now add Onion, curry leaves, garlic.Saute for 2 minutes.Keep aside.Let it cool completely.
- Now make a batter with besan.Take a bowl add besan,rice flour, turmeric Powder, Red Chilli powder, garlic chilli paste, salt.Mix it.Now add water as required.Make a smooth paste.
- Now make a round ball with potatoes mixture,make all ball in round shape with help of palm now heat the deep pan add oil for frying.
- Now take a batata and dip into the batter then fry it in hot oil fry it for 4-5 minutes take out from the oil and keep an absorbent paper.Ready to serve with mint chutney.
