- Take 4 tbspn curd

- Sabse pehle ham ek big bowl lenge.and usme besan dalenge saath hi mein suji bhi add kar denge.
- Now isme thodhe thodhe sabhi spice salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder,dhaniya powder, dry ginger powder and jeera powder dal kar mix kar lenge.
- Now isme curd bhi daal denge.and thodha thodha water dalte huye smooth lumps free batter bana lenge jo na toh jyada thin ho na hi jyada thick ho.
- Now isme ek pinch baking soda add krenge and 20 minutes rest ke liye rekh denge.
- Now ek another bowl lenge aurr usme boil mash potato dalenge. Ab usme red chilli powder,salt,green chilli and ginger dal kar nicely mix kar lenge.
- Ab is mixture se choti choti ball bana kar rekh lenge.
- Now ek wok lenge aurr usme oil dal kar gas per low medium flame per rekh denge.jab oil heat ho jayega tab ham us mixture ball ko besan ke batter main dip kar ke wok main dal denge.4 or 5 balls hi ek baar main dalenge.
- Now unko turn kerte huye golden brown crisp hone tak fry kar lenge.
- Now it is ready to eat yummy healthy batata vada. serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.enjoy eating
