- Add 1/2 cup hot water, cover with a lid and let the potatoes cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Now in a bowl mix together all the dry masala powders, that is, coriander, jeera, garam masala, haldi, amchur and red chilli powder. Add 3-4 tsf of water and prepare a smooth paste.
- Remove the lid from the kadai and check if potatoes are cooked. Once cooked, add masala paste, salt and jaggery.
- Let the sabji cook for 2-3 min, so that all flavours get well mixed. Now, switch off the flame. Your flavourful sabji is ready. Serve hot with rotli!
