  4. In a pan take ghee and add sarson and jeera.
  5. Then add remaining fry ingredients and cook on a medium flame.
  6. Now add water, cookam, tomato, lemon juice and ginger and mix well.
  7. Let it boil on a medium flame for 15-20 mins.
  8. Add the above mixture made in step 3 and stir it continuously.
  9. Cook it for another few mins.
  10. Now serve it with coriander leaves on top.
