- Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Chop the onions, cut the meat into bite sized pieces, crush the allspice berries.
- Layer the lamb in the bottom of pot add half a teaspoon salt and pepper. Add a third of the allspice. Now add half the onion covering the lamb
- Now add pork on top of the onion. On the pork add half teaspoon salt, pepper to taste, and a third of the allspice. add rest of onions on top.
- Last layer add add beef, season with 1/3 of the allspice half teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour your lamb broth just covering the top.
- Braise in the oven 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
