- First, peel the raw mangoes and cut it with small pieces by excluding the seeds from there and place it in a bowl.
- Then, take some amount of sugar in another bowl and pour it in the sliced raw mangoes and wait for half and hour by covering it properly, until the sugar is melting, mixing to the raw mangoes.
- Take some amount of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fennel powder, fried coriander, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste and fry the ingredients properly in a frying pan.
- After frying those ingredients properly, just pour to there the sugar mixed raw mangoes and saute it properly. A beautiful smell will come while preparing the items after mixing jaggery as it is quantity-wise.
- Finally, the pickle is ready with looking like the brown type of reddish colored and stop cooking when it will be looking like that.
- After preparing the whole thing, you need to place it in a bowl or in a glass jar for long-lasting you can use vinegar or lemon juice and for increasing the pickle taste, you can use mustard oil before tiding the jar properly. Best serving with anything Rice and Biryani.
