- Get 100 Gram gram flour

- Firstly boil the potatoes upto 4 whistles drain excess water cool and peel off. Take a big bowl put the peeled pototoes add the spices and finely chopped coriander and the green chilli, keep aside.
- Now take A bowl.put gram flour add salt, pinch of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon. red chilli powder. Keep adding little water and make a batter of thick, flowing consistency. Keep aside
- Now heat oil for deep frying. Mash the potaoes mix thoroughly. apply oil on your fingers and palms. Take equal ball size mix of patotes..give round shape and dip in the gram flour batter. Deep fry immediately on low to medium flame. Serve hot with green.chutney or tomato ketchup or only vadas also taste yummy
