  1. Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a big bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, chilli garlic paste, chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves. Prepare tadka of oil mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Pour into. Mix well. Mixture is ready.
