- Add both capsicums and roasted Peanuts and saute for 2 minutes. Now Add drained poha and 2 tb spoon water and mix well. Place the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Open the lid and add sugar, raisins, coconut powder and squeeze lemon juice and mix well. Batata poha is ready. Switch off the flame.
