Steps to make Batata vada:
- Peel boiled potatoes, mash them then heat oil and then add onion, garlic paste, chilli paste, kasuri methi, then mix well in oil cook for 5 to 10 mins.
- Then add the potato and all masala then add lemon juice.
- Mix all well then add 2 to 4 tbsp water and mix at well.
- Divide it into 9-10 equal portions.
- Prepare batter for vada take gram flour, baking soda and water mix at well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame hot oil then add dip it potato ball into the batter and coat it evenly with hand and deep fry them until light golden brown.
- Ready to serve it.
