- Make ready 1 bowl Paasta-
- Get Water - 3 cups (to boil Pasta)
- Get Capsicum- 1(sliced)
- Prepare Onion- 1 (sliced)

- Make ready 1 spoon Whole grain flour-
- Make ready 1/2 cup Milk-
- Make ready 1.5 spoon Oil-

- Put paasta and water in a deep pan and boil it on low flame for 15 mins.
- Strain the paasta the
- Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and capsicum. And cook for 3 mins on medium flame.
- Heat 1/2 spoon oil in another pan. Add whole grain flour, and stir and add milk. Cook for 2-3 min on low flame.(White sauce is ready now)
- Then add salt, black pepper & garam masala and cook for 1 min. Then add cheese and let it be melt and mix properly.
- Then add fried onion & capsicum.& Mix well
- Add strained paasta,and mix well.
- Cheese paasta is ready to eat ๐
