- Get 1 Pack Callaloo
- Get 1 Onion

Steps to make Jamdung:
- Prep required seasonings for Callaloo.
- In a saute pan / Dutch pot add Butter to hot ♨ pan combine Onion, Carrots until acquired colour is accomplished.
- Add 1/4 Cup hot water, blend up seasonings, Apple Cider Vinegar, ketchup, Sugar. Stir. Taste. If required flavors needed to be added then do so.
- Add Callaloo, sprinkle 3 light dashes of Basil & Chives(don't want to overpower the Callaloo),sprinkle 1 dash of Black Pepper (for flavor).
- Crack egg, DO NOT whisk. Drizzle over Callaloo. Tip- Ensure egg is evenly distributed.
- Apply a final stir. Cover and allow to simmer. Until Callaloo has a green sheen appearance. Callaloo should be cooked for 9mins.
