  10. Prepare 1 tsp Sesame oil
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  12. Make ready 2 tsp Lemon juice
  13. Get 6-8 Smoked cheese slices (eg Applewood)
  14. Take Squeeze mayo (optional)
