  2. Add shaved steak, salt and pepper, stir frequently until steak is cooked all the way through
  3. Pre-heat Oven to 350°
  4. Add butter, stir and cover for 5 more minutes and remove from heat
  5. Drain steak from pan
  6. Slice bread from side to about half way through and butterfly open
  7. Place steak mixture on bread, add cheese and put in oven until cheese is melted
  8. Remove, cut into 6-8 servings, (add Banana Peppers if desired, serve and enjoy)
