  6. Add condensed milk, and stir well. Let it cook till get thicker. Stir occasionally.when it gets thick add kewra water
  7. Malai is ready to serve, transfer in bowls and let it cool down on room temperature.now it's a time to frying MaalPua. U can see that batter gets thick after refrigerated.
  8. My kids love mini MaalPua, so ike to use mini pan. Heat ghee for shallow frying maalpuas and with the help of deep ladle, pour the batter in pan and cook till one side is completely done. Cook on medium low heat
  9. U can see colour of MaalPua in pictures. Make more from remaining batter and assemble in serving dish, pour the malai / rabri on top and garnish with chopped pistachios.
