- Πλένουμε καλα το φαγόπυρο και αφήνουμε να μουλιάσει 20 λεπτά
- Σε ένα μπολ προσθέτουμε το φαγόπυρο τους ηλιόσπορους και τα φουντούκια
- Σε ένα άλλο μπολ προσθέτουμε τα υπόλοιπα υλικά εκτός από τις νιφάδες καρύδας (αν το λάδι καρύδας είναι σε μορφή βουτύρου πρέπει να ζεσταθεί για να γίνει λάδι)
- Προσθέτουμε όλα τα υλικά μαζί ανακατεύουμε καλά και απλώνουμε σε ένα ταψί
- Σε προθεμανσμένο φούρνο ψήνουμε στους 170-180 για 30 λεπτά στα 20 λεπτά προσθέτουμε και τις νιφάδες καρύδας και ανακατεύουμε λίγο για να πάρει ομοιόμορφο χρώμα
- Μπορείτε αν θέλετε να προσθέσετε και αποξηραμένα φρούτα στον ίδιο χρόνο με τις νιφάδες καρύδας καθώς και γενικά ότι ξηρούς καρπούς ή σπόρους σας αρέσει αλλά στις πιο πάνω αναλογίες. Επίσης μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε όπιο βουτύρο ξηρών καρπών επιθυμείτε.
