- Get 1 kg tripe (ebyenda, in one of the local languages in Uganda)
- Get 4 well ripe tomatoes
- Prepare 2 medium size onions

- Make ready 2 tbsp royco
- Take 2 medium size aubergine(peeled, they help thicken the soup)

- Whilst you are cutting your veggies, royco and other spices/ herbs of your choice. add them to your ready tripe, cover and allow to boil once again for 30minutes or more.
- Serve with mashed matooke(like I did), posho (ugali), or whichever accompaniment you prefer π.
