- Take curd in a bowl. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder. Mix everything.
- Boil oil in pan. Put the mixture of card and Indian spices in it. Stir for a while.
- Now put the tomato mixture and cumin seed powder mixture.
- Add fried paneer pieces when masala starts giving oil. Add the potatoes and peas. Cook in low flame for a while.
- Add water if needed.
This Aloo Matar Paneer has tomato puree, almond paste and made in Indian spices. Add cup of water and stir until water mixed in.
