- In a mixing bowl combine, combined breadcrumbs, sirloin(beefs), onions, and eggs. Mix well.

- in a saucepan, combine soup, liquid seasoning, mushrooms and 1/4 cup reserved mushroom liquid. Heat and simmer until mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and brown the patties 2 or 3 at a time, about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Do not overcrowd patties. Patties will shrink as they cook.
