  2. Boil 2 cups of water in saucepan. Then add the boiling water to the rice flour mixture and mix well.
  3. Keep it covered for 10 mins.
  4. Then apply oil to hand and mix well the dough.
  5. Then take small portion of dough and make it smooth on the platform or chapatti making plate like a stick and fold it in oval shape.
  6. Heat oil in kadhai and drop them into it. Fry till they become golden in colour.
  7. Store them in air tight container and enjoy the snack.
