Instructions to make Murukku:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai
  2. In a mixing bowl add everything and mix properly
  3. Then add water 1tbsp of water at a time and start kneading.
  4. Slowly it form a dough shape. It should be a soft dough but not like rotis.
  5. Bring a murukku maker and grease properly. Then place a murukku mould.
  6. Now fill the murukku maker with the prepared dough.
  7. Place a butter paper or a silver foil on a thali
  8. Slowly press the murukku maker and prepare murukkus on the thali
  9. Then slowly and lightly lift the murukkus from the thali and slide in the hot oil. Fry it up to crispy.
  10. Then bring out to a tissue paper. It can be stored for 15 days in an air tight container.
