  9. Crush the mooli and keep it for sometimes after adding salt.
  10. Then drain the water from the mooli with the help of the drained water make the dough for paratha.
  11. For the stuffing of paratha add chopped adrak,harimirch and dhaniya.
  12. And add masala(heing,salt,mirch,kalanamak,kali mirch acc. to taste).
  13. Mix them well the stuffing is ready.

  16. Finelly chop the matar after washing them properly.
  17. In them add chopped adark,dhaniya,lasun,pyaz,hari mirch.
  18. Add the masala as mentioned above.

  20. Boil and mash aloo and add above mentioned masala and ingredients
