  4. For khatta meeta take 1 cup of tamarind juice and 1 cup of liquid jaggery in a small pot, combine and boil them for around 10 mins. Let it cool and strain it.
  5. Take puri and put aloo stuff chopped onion tomato carrot and coriander leaves. Take pani in glass and khatta meeta in a small bowl.
