- Take a blender and put 1/4 cup mint, 1/2 cup coriander, 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli and a ball sized tamarind.Blend to smooth paste.Add water accordingly to make a paste.
- For masala, take a bowl and add 3 mashed potatoes, 1/2 onions, 2 tspn coriander to it.Add 1/2 tspn cumin powder,1/4 tspn chaat masala,1/4 tspn pepper powder, 1/2 tspn chilli powder and 1/2 tspn salt.Mix everything well and stuffing is ready.
