  3. Now add tomato and mix again - - - Cover it with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes - - - Lift the lid and check after 2-3 minutes If vegetables are cooked and soft add rice and mix well
  4. Add green chilli and coriander leaves and give it a mix - - - Add three cups of water - cover it with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 15 minutes
  5. Aloo peas pulao is cooked -  turn off the flame and remove it in a serving plate - - - Garnish with few coriander leaves and serve hot with papad or curd
