- Puri Making::Take all the puri ingredients in a bowl. mix all well and knead a smooth dough. let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Sooji will soak all the water and the dough remains soft. - Divide the dough in 2 parts and start rolling into a big chapati, with the help of cookie cutter or any container cup cut into round puris.
- Fry it in a hot oil. All puris will pluf on it's own. It will Make 40 Puris
- Assembling Pani Puri: Take some puris and crack them from top. Fill the potato mixture in it.sprinkle some sev on top. - - Top with sweet chutney.
- Pour the pani in each puri. - Enjoy 4 various flavors pani puris.
