- Add a mixer of rava, maida in a bowl and mix them with salt and water. Soak them for an hour.
- Take small pellets and rub them like a chapati and then cut them in a small circle then put them in the oil to fry. Poori is ready.
- Potatoes should be kept in the oven. Take the boiled potatoes and mash them well and chilli powder and salt with them mix well. Chop the onion.
- Grind coriander, mint, ginger, tamarind liquid, salt, green chilli then mix it into the mixture and filter.
- Add half a cup of water the mixture and mix well with cumin powder and chilli powder and lemon juice. Pani rasam is ready.
- Add the onion, potatoes mixture and coriander leaves with pani rasam to serve. Golgappay is ready to serve.
