- Take 1 Tablespoon Cumin (Jeera Powder)
- Take 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- Prepare to taste Red Chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Black pepper
- Get 1 tsp Sea Salt

- Get 1/2 or 1 cup Real Green Mango Aampanna (optional)

- Get 3-4 Potatoes boiled
- Take 1 medium Onion Chopped (optional)
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera Powder)

- For stuffing: Boil 3-4 potatoes and mash it, add chopped onions (optional), cumin ground, chat masala, 1 tbsp saunf and strained mint extract, mix well and here the stuffing is ready.
- All puris, pani and stuffing is ready to serve. Enjoy it with family.
