  3. Take blending jar add few coriander leaves and few poodina leaves ginger and green chilli. Grid it well to a smooth paste. Strain the paste in a strainer. And dry masala powder mix it well
  4. Take the dough knead it for few more minutes. With the help of a roller and rolling pin. Roll the dough into thin sheet. Now with the help of a cookie cutter cut it into small round pieces.
  5. In a kadhai or pan take oil and fry the small round pieces of puri. Our delicious Pani Puri ready to serve.
