  5. Make ready 4-5 spicy green chillies
  6. Make ready 1 " ginger
  7. Take 11/2 lemon (juice)

  9. Take to taste Black rock salt powder (sanchar powder/ Kala namak)

  12. Make ready 1 cup dried white peas
  13. Take 1 pinch soda bi carb
  14. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Take to taste Salt
  16. Make ready 2 ) moong stuffing
  17. Take 1 cup moong/ sprouts
  18. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  19. Get to taste Salt
  20. Take 1 pinch soda bi carb ( at the time of soaking if not sprouted
  21. Take 3 ) potatoes stuffing
  22. Get 3 medium potatoes
  23. Take 1 pinch turmeric powder
  24. Get to taste Salt

  26. Prepare 80-100 puris Pani Puris
  27. Get 100 gm besan boondi

The pani puri originated from the Mughal region of India, present day South Bihar where it is also Pani puri, also known as phoochka, gol gappa or gup chup, is a popular street snack in India, Nepal. Panipuri is a street snack that is extremely popular in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal. Small in size, it consists of a hollow puri that is fried until crispy, then stuffed with a combination of flavored. This is the most popular name and is used most commonly among people.

Instructions to make Pani Puri:
  1. For making spicy,tangy phudina pani..wash mint and coriander leaves. In mixer grinder first add chopped green chillies,ginger,salt, black rock salt powder, on it roughly chopped phudina, coriander leaves,on it squeeze lemon juice. Grind to smooth paste.
  2. Add this spicy phudina paste in 1 litre of water. Mix well. Strain and keep refrigerated for few hours.
  3. For dried white peas stuffing..wash and soak white peas for 6-8 hours in water. Add 1 glass of water in soaked white peas, also add turmeric powder,salt and soda bi carb and pressure cook for 6 whistles. Strain and Cool.
  4. For moong stuffing.. soak moong with pinch of soda bi carb for 4-5 hours. (If using sprouts no need to add soda bi carb…soak for 6-8 hours,drain out water, tied in muslin cloth, keep in warm place for 12 hours to make sprouts). Boil 2 glass of water in vessel,add soaked moong/ sprouts, turmeric powder and salt,boiled till tender. Strain and cool.
  5. For potato stuffing..boil potatoes with turmeric powder and salt in pressure cooker. Peel and chopped roughly.
  6. Pani Puri ki puris and salted boondi-.. ready available.
  7. Relish Delicious Spicy & Tangy Pani Puri.
