- In the meantime, heat up a frying pan. Take out the microwaved vegetables, put in the udon noodles and microwave for 1 minute. Stir fry the vegetables and meat or shrimp.
- When the vegetables and meat etc. are cooked, add the udon noodles to the frying pan with 60 ml of water.
- When the water has reduced and the udon noodles are warmed through, add the nori seaweed paste. Taste after adding 2 tablespoons, and add a bit more if you think it's needed.
- When the nori seaweed paste is evenly distributed, it's done.
