Instructions to make Kabab platter ππ:
- Wash your hand say BismiAllah and daroud shareef
- Cut all veggies
- Boil your chicken along with some salt and black pepper and after that make (raisha) also boil your potato an other pan and fine mashed
- Now take a pan and fry(little bit) all veggies one by one after that fry light golden your chicken
- Then fine mix it with potatoes and some spices salt,pepper,coriander powder,chilli,soya,chicken powder,corn flour,etc
- Now mix it very well and keep in fridge for 10-20m for set
- #Muttonkabab take qeema after(excess water nahi hona chay) add onion,chilli, ginger garlic paste salt,paper,and add all other spices that mentioned above and blend it very well
- Now take it out add some Onion again,corn flour,dahi,and mix it very well
- Then keep in fridge 30m miximum for set then take it out
- Now heat up your pan add oil for fry take small ball and make a kabab shape as you like more…also fry chines kabab after dip in egg(shallow fry)
- Now decor your platter with fries and salad and enjoy
