Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, pinch of salt, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix everything well and make small tikkies out of the above mixture. Now shallow fry them until golden brown.
  4. Place the prepared tikki in a plate. Add matar gravy over it. Add chopped onion, green chilli, sev, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, sweet and sour imli chutney and tomato sauce all over.
  5. Finally add a little chopped coriander leaves and serve.
