  1. Wash and chop the potatoes, peel the green peas and wash it.
  2. Make a paste of ginger garlic paste. Another paste of onions, green chillies, walnut/cashews.
  3. Heat butter and ginger garlic paste, Saute for 2 mins, now add the onions paste. Saute till golden brown.
  4. Add the dry masalas. Add the veggies and saute on slow flame. Add salt as per taste.
  5. Add little cream. Cover and cook till done. Lastly add the kasuri methi powder. Garnish with fresh cream.
  6. Serve hot with roti or parantha or rice.
