To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook rasgulla….a bengali cushion using 6 ingredients and 14 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Rasgulla….a bengali cushion:
  1. Take 1ltr .milk
  2. Take 1/2 ltr water
  3. Prepare 1 cup/250 gm sugar sugar
  4. Get 4 green cardamom
  5. Get Pinch Saffron for garnish
  6. Get 1 tsp kewra water optional

Steps to make Rasgulla….a bengali cushion:
  1. Switch on the gas,take milk and boil it.
  2. Take water add vinegar. Vinegar water is ready.
  3. Milk boiled nyclu then vinegar water,milk it remove water and prepare chenna.
  4. In a bowl take cotton cloth and sieve the milk we prepared.
  5. Squeeze the water tightly and hang this for removing complete water.
  6. Now prepare a sugar syrup of one string (it's a dilute syrup). In a pan take water and sugar.
  7. Add cardamom and kewra water on it and let it boil.
  8. Now take chenna and mash it stretch and fold method for 10 minutes (at least make it fine and smooth).
  9. Roll it long and cut into equal 12 pieces and make a smooth balls.
  10. Balls are ready now put it in boiling sugar syrup in high flame for 5 minutes and put the lid on top.
  11. In high flame 5 minutes then in low flame more 5 minutes.
  12. Now after this Rasgulla is ready.
  13. Cool it and put in the fridge for half an hour.now serve plane.or garnish with saffron
  14. It's a yummiest sweet forever and for everyone. A Bengali cushion Rasgulla is very soft and spongy dessert lighten your festive seasons.

It is a popular Bengali sweet. While the method of making rasgulla remains the same, there are two distinct types It is our favorite Bengali sweet. It is also one of those few recipes for which I have got maximum requests. after many trials, I am sharing rasgulla. - Transfer the rasgullas from the fresh water to the sugar syrup once the sugar syrup has cooled down. - Make a day in advance, they taste the best the next day when the rasgullas have soaked the sugar syrup well.
