- To make the dough for Parathas,take 2 cups whole wheat flour in a big mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and salt as per the raste.Mix and add water to make soft dough.cover and rest for 10 minutes.To make stuffing, Heat a pan, add garlic,onion,carrot,cabbage,Capsicum and salt.Saute for5-7 minutes to dry the moisture from vegies.
- Add black pepper powder and tomato ketchup.stir well to cook veggies on low flame till all moisture dries up.
- Now add this mixture to boiled,peeled and mashed 2 cups potatoes.Add salt to taste.Mix well.stuffing is ready.Take a small ball from the dough,coat with dry wheat flour, roll into chapati and fill 2 tbsp stuffing, keep another rolled chapati of same size and cover the stuffing.press well to seal it.Roll into paratha.
- Heat tava and cook paratha on both sides.Apply Ghee or butter and roast till golden brown.Serve Sichuan Parathas with tomato ketchup and Spinach Pumpkin soup
