- Heat oil for frying in a kadai. Divide the dough into small round shaped balls.
- Apply soyabean oil and roll the dough balls. When the oil is hot, simmer the heat to medium. Slip it in the hot oil and gently press until it fluff up.
- Flip and fry on the other side as well. Remove it on a plate randomly and served with Alu matar as well.
Taste great with dal, chicken curry, aloo curry. This recipe is similar to my battura, but it has no curd or milk in it.
