  1. Soak red lentils in water for 2 hours. Drain out the water and put it in grinder. Add chillies. Make a smooth paste. Transfer the paste in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Whisk the batter.
  4. Now put oil in pan. Put small dollops of Dal in the pan and fry it till it becomes crispy outside and golden in colour.
  5. Serve hot.

Wash the red lentils very well in cold water. Then drain all the water from lentils. Musur daler bora, means red lentils fritters is always my favorite rainy day snack. Sometimes mom used to prepare when there is nothing as side dish for daal and rice. I prepared at home as evening snack and everybody liked it a lot and it is very easy to prepare too.
