- Add very little water to keep the mixture wet.
- Split your lemon into halves. Holding a sieve over the mixture on the pan to avoid seeds falling into the pan, squeeze the sup into the mixture.
- Keep tenderly stir for approximately 1 minute
- Add your Turmeric powder.
- Add your ginger too
- Stir the mixture and leave it keep cooking for around 5 minutes. Make sure that there is some amount of water in the mixture to ensure that it remains wet.
- Follow the previous method of preparing "Ugali" (Corn flour cake)
