- Soak jowar for 8-10 hrs.pressure cook for 30 min on slow flame for 7-8 whistles
- Heat oil in cooker,add cumin mustard seeds and wait till they crackle.fry onions till golden brown.
- Now add finely chopped tomatoes,corn,carrots,green peas and cook till tender.
- Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,turmeric,red chilli powder,garam masala.mix well and saute for few minutes.
- Add cooked sorghum,yellow lentil in the cooker.
- Add salt and cook well.
- Pressure cook for 1 whistle.off flame.add lemon juice,garnish with coriander leaves and onions.
- Serve hot with kadi.
