Steps to make Sorghum Chapati:

  11. Place it on the pan and let it cook without oil. Repeat the process for all the chapatis, cook them without oil and set them aside.
  12. At this point start frying the chapatis. I prefer two by two. Place the chapatis on pan add oil on one side. Turn chapati on other and let it cook untill well browned.
  13. Store chapatis in a warm place to keep them soft.
