- In a large bowl, whisk eggs thoroughly. Add half and half, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture evenly over entire dish.
- Bake for 25 min or until eggs are set and top is beginning to brown.
